Have you ever felt the rough bark of a tree or smelled fresh sand beneath your feet? Have you ever held wet clay in your hands? Nature teaches us patience, joy, and humbleness. I chose clay to explore those values, to express myself and connect with others.

I aim to create pieces that offer softness and tactile pleasure. Imagine the feel of a smooth glaze on your lips and the roughness of wild clay on your hands. The different sensations I go through during the creative process, I try to capture in my work. The rhythmic spinning of the wheel as a vase rises tall is pure poetry. Creating with clay is a sensual experience that engages all our senses. If the pieces I make act like a small stimulus for pleasure, I would be so satisfied.

Workshops

On Going course

Thursdays 10-13hs

Monthly course. Once a week, we gather to learn all techniques needed to create your own ceramic pieces. Creations take time and engaging in a longer course allows you to build things more carefully, prepare glazes, try different things and find your “signature”.

Private Sessions

Schedule a one on one session. I believe clay has healing powers and I am deeply interested in sharing that aspect of the craft. Deepen a technique or ask for what you need: it will be given!

Inrol for a drop in experience or engage monthlz in a grounding experience that will teach zou all the basics for working with clay and release stress. We explore different topics and craft unique objects that speak about ourselves.

The power of clay

Clay is a noble material and a great teacher. Clay is ancient. It has memory. It responds to all stimuli, and always reveals something we have within - weather we like it or not! You can shape clay with your hands and make all sort of  things: from practical cups to abstract sculptures.
Clay help us connect to ourselves, keeps us focused and calm, and it's a fantastic territory to explore and even to fail!

  • Of course! Everyone can join a clay workshop, even if you've never tried it before. It's all about having fun and trying new things. I’ll be there to help you learn, and you can go at your own pace.

  • Nope, you don't need anything special! Just bring yourself and be ready to have fun. We'll provide all the materials you need, like clay and tools. Just come with an open mind and a smile, and we'll take care of the rest!

  • Our Meditation and Clay Workshops take place at Otvoreni Studio, right in the center of Zagreb, Croatia. But if you're interested, we can plan a workshop in your city! We also organize exclusive events for special occasions, so you can uniquely celebrate your big day. Just let us know, and we'll make it happen!
